Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Farmville, NC

Pay Range: $14.50

**Shift:** 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Operate machines such as Punch Press and Brake Press to support production needs

+ Perform tasks involving simple repetitive operations following established routines

+ Work from detailed instructions and directions provided by supervisors

+ Assist in moving materials as needed to ensure smooth workflow

+ Maintain regular attendance to support team productivity

What's Needed?

+ Ability to read and write effectively

+ Ability to read a measuring tape accurately

+ Follow instructions and inspect materials for quality

+ Capability to lift 10-20 pounds intermittently

+ Stand most of the time on concrete floors and perform repetitive bending, reaching, stretching, lifting, twisting, pushing, and pulling
