Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Warehouse department supporting the Firearms Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse Supervisor

**Location:** Carlos, MN

**Pay Range:** Pay based on experience, starting at $23+/hour

What's the Job?

+ Oversee the activities of the warehouse, ensuring effective operations and safety.

+ Control the movement and storage of materials within the plant using automated systems.

+ Manage the receipt, storage, and movement of goods to meet customer delivery schedules.

+ Supervise all shipping/material personnel and ensure compliance with safety standards.

+ Perform basic computer functions related to inventory management and shipping documentation.

What's Needed?

+ Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and financial reports.

+ Strong mathematical skills for inventory and shipping calculations.

+ Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and management.

+ Ability to solve practical problems in a dynamic work environment.
