WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Nike Tech Director of Strategic Investments and Long-Range Planning and is a key leader within the Business Planning team. You will collaborate with diverse, high-performing teams in Technology Finance, Global Finance, Geography Finance and Technology to drive strategic investment decisions that shape Nike’s future
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Finance Lead to shape long-range planning for our Global Technology organization. The ideal candidate blends deep financial expertise with strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills. This role calls for curiosity, agility, and a passion for guiding investment decisions across a dynamic, large-scale portfolio. Success requires influencing senior leadership, bringing clarity to complex scenarios, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
+ 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, Investor Relations or Capital Markets
+ Expertise in long-range financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for executive audiences
+ A team player with the ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships across a diverse range of teams
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead Nike Tech’s long-range planning process and guide investment decisions that maximize value for Nike and its consumers. Your work will shape financial models, scenario planning, and strategic workforce initiatives.
+ Drive long-term financial modeling and scenario planning for Nike Tech
+ Lead annual operating plan processes aligned with multi-year capability roadmaps
+ Incorporate external benchmarking and technology investment principles into planning
+ Partner with senior leadership to optimize portfolio investments and track KPIs
+ Coordinate across Tech Finance, Global Finance, and Technology teams to ensure alignment
+ Lead strategic workstreams within workforce strategy and investment optimization initiatives
+ Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to executive stakeholders
