    What You’ll Do

    + Serve as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for exceptional care

    + Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system

    + Communicate closely with medical staff to ensure seamless client experiences

    + Accurately document client and patient information in medical records

    + Process payments, refunds, and cash handling

    + Maintain accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

    + Uphold FVRC’s core values, standards of care, and mission

    What We’re Looking For

    + 1–2 years of experience in a veterinary specialty, emergency, or high-volume practice

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong organization and attention to detail

    + Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

    + Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly

    + A team-first mindset and commitment to exceptional client service
