Job Summary
Adecco is seeking an experienced **Furniture Repair Technician** to join our team. This role is responsible for assessing, repairing, and restoring a variety of furniture types including wood, upholstery, leather, metal, and stone. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with repair tools and materials, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess furniture damage and determine appropriate repair methods, tools, and materials
• Perform repairs on wood, leather, fabric, metal, stone, marble, and concrete furniture pieces
• Use hand tools and power tools for assembly and repair tasks
• Execute woodworking, upholstery, leather repair, faux finishing, color matching, and coatings/finishing techniques
• Perform structural repairs, part replacements, fillers, burn‑ins, and refinishing work
• Restore furniture to quality standards for all case goods, upholstery, and leather products
• Follow instructions and carry out assigned tasks efficiently
• Work collaboratively as part of a team while managing multiple repair projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and specialized furniture repair equipment
• Knowledge of woodworking, upholstery, faux finishing, paint/color matching, and finishing techniques
• Strong understanding of furniture construction and repair methods
• Excellent problem‑solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to stand, twist, kneel, squat, stoop, bend, and climb for extended periods

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
