    Full-Time | Leadership Role

     

    Compensation Range:** **$120,640 – $130,000 annually

     

    Full Benefits – Starting Day 1

    Job Summary

    The **Director of Crisis Services – Children & Adolescents** provides strategic and operational leadership for **facility-based child and adolescent Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point services** . This role oversees day-to-day operations, mentors Program Managers and Operations Administrators, and ensures services are delivered in alignment with established policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

     

    This leadership position is responsible for driving **clinical and operational excellence** across youth-focused crisis programs while strengthening partnerships with families, schools, healthcare systems, and community stakeholders in the Flagstaff region.

    Compensation & Benefits

    + **Annual Salary:** $120,640 – $130,000

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    _(Operational Leadership, Mentoring, Community Relations, Policy & Procedure, Budget & Staffing, Outcomes, and Deliverables remain as previously outlined, with oversight focused on_ **_child and adolescent services_** _.)_

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    + Direct supervision of **Program Managers and Operations Administrators** assigned to child and adolescent crisis programs

    Required Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Behavioral Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

    + Minimum of **5 years of management experience** in facility-based crisis, inpatient, or medical settings

    + **Required: Experience working with children and adolescents in behavioral health or crisis settings**

    + Strong data management and reporting skills

    Licenses & Certifications

    + Valid Arizona Driver’s License

    + AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)

    + CPR/First Aid

    + Behavioral Health licensure preferred (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW)

    + RN license if hired at the RN level

    Work Environment & Requirements

    + Ability to respond to high-acuity child and adolescent crisis situations

    + Availability for after-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

    + Ability to lift/move up to 150 lbs

    + Ability to travel between locations

    + Timely documentation completion (within 24 hours)
