Adecco is seeking a Production Associate to join our team in Addison, TX. In this role, you’ll play an important part in processing customer communications for a world-class statement processor. You will be responsible for operating insertion and printing equipment in a high-volume, demanding environment, all while maintaining a safe and organized workspace focused on quality and efficiency.

+ Location: Onsite in Addison, TX

+ Pay Rate: $18.31 / hour

+ Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Responsibilities:

+ Operate insertion and printing equipment at a basic proficiency level to process customer statements and mailings.

+ Execute routine inspections of printed and inserted materials to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with customer privacy policies.

+ Oversee machine set-up and inspect parts with precision prior to initiating production runs.

+ Comply with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

+ Accurately complete machine logs, data forms, and day-to-day paperwork in compliance with all safety regulations.

+ Work effectively with peers, supervisors, and vendor representatives in a team-oriented environment; cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment as required.

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience working in a production environment (1+ year of production-related experience or experience with printing/insertion equipment is a plus).

+ Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift and push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. as required.

+ Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, basic PC skills, and a basic knowledge of numeric keyboards.

+ Ability to read, understand, and comply with English language production documents and verbal instructions.

+ Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.

**Pay Details:** $18.31 per hour
