Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for Production Associate opportunities in Newark, DE. Responsibilities

The Production Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

+ Operating insertion and printing equipment at a basic proficiency level while meeting production and quality standards under supervision

+ Operating insertion and printing equipment at a basic competence level to process customer statements and other customer communications on high-speed printers and rendering equipment for mailing through the United States Postal Service (USPS)

+ Assisting with machine setup and inspecting materials prior to production start

+ Performing routine quality inspections to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with printed and inserted materials

+ Accurately loading jobs, completing machine logs, and maintaining required production documentation

+ Standing for extended periods and pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 pounds as required

+ Cross training on multiple pieces of equipment and assisting with reconciliation functions as needed

+ Maintaining awareness of customer privacy, confidentiality, and data security requirements

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

+ Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or print/mail environment

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation

+ Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

+ Orderly work habits with attention to detail and quality

**Pay Details:** $17.27 per hour
