Overview:

The candidate will work as an IT Implementation Engineer focusing on analyzing legacy telephony services like POTS and migrating them to modern solutions or decommissioning them. They will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and document progress using enterprise tools. Even Simpler: The job is for a person who helps update old phone systems to new ones or remove them. They work with different groups to make sure everything goes smoothly and keeps track of what happens.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements:

• Voice Telecommunications experience for at least three years.

• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel.

• Understanding of telecommunications, particularly voice systems.

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity with AT&T BVoIP, ReadyLine, IPTF systems.

• Experience with alarm system communications across various pathways like POTS and cellular.

• Familiarity/experience with Zendesk or similar platforms.

**Pay Details:** $33.00 per hour
