Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain effective communication services across business units or between the project team and the organization.
• Manage the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop, document, and implement business processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Set up project structures, including work breakdown structures (WBS), to facilitate project planning and execution.
• Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring transaction controls and monitoring costs against approved budgets.
Required Skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with lean six sigma documentation experience (Supportability and documenting processes, identifying waste hour analysis, and implementing lean approach 6 sigma waste reduction)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office: Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Solid understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
• Analytical ability to interpret business trends and forecast future revenues and expenses.
• Hands-on experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Enterprise Applications is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $39.21 per hour
