Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Houston, TX. Responsibilities:
• Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements
• Provide responsive and reliable customer service, addressing patient and customer questions and concerns with a positive approach and a can-do attitude to conclude with win-win outcomes
• Coordinate with other internal departments as necessary
• Review database for patient demographics
• Perform and identify appropriate actions necessary to achieve task completion, ensuring results, meeting deadlines, quotas, and performance goals
• Schedule pickups, track shipments, troubleshoot product orders for shipments, and provide return instructions for equipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Perks:
• Shift: Training will be for 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Weekly paycheck

**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
