Job Title: Service Electrician** **Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Electrician to maintain all electrical systems in a large industrial building. This role requires experience in building maintenance, particularly with systems operating at 480 volts or higher. The position involves both preventative and reactive maintenance. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable stepping in for HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and repair electrical systems for a large industrial building.

+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on high voltage systems.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.

+ Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with building maintenance at 480 volts or higher.

+ Journeyman Electrician license.

+ Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems.

+ Knowledge of high voltage electrical repair and maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems.

+ Familiarity with preventative and corrective maintenance practices.

+ Service technician experience in an industrial setting.

Work Environment

The position is located in a manufacturing building in York, PA, with a shift schedule of Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The role includes an on-call rotation every four weeks. The work environment is dynamic, with opportunities to engage in various maintenance tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75649.60 - $89999.99/yr.
