Job Title: Electrical Labor Tech** **Job Description
This is a full-time, long-term first shift role with a typical schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Occasionally, the hours extend from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with voluntary work on Saturdays. The position involves performing electrical duties such as wiring panels, running conduit, and wiring machines from prints, alongside some mechanical tasks. Entry-level candidates will work under an electrician as a helper and receive training on all duties. Experienced candidates will receive minimal training to work independently.
Responsibilities
+ Perform electrical assembly for all equipment manufactured, including for demonstration and/or development tests.
+ Operate all equipment for a variety of tests and maintain electrical primary and auxiliary equipment and facilities.
+ Utilize all manufacturer's electrical software programs as required.
+ Ensure compliance with electrical standards such as NEC, CE, and IEC as appropriate.
+ Read and interpret a wide variety of blueprints and schematics, including hydraulic blueprints, and assist others with them.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Knowledge of hand tools, small power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
+ Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
+ Willingness to learn and not afraid to get hands dirty.
+ Troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronics, and mechanical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with machine tools, assembly, and conduit wiring.
+ Good electrical/mechanical capabilities.
+ Reliability and good attendance.
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
