    Job Title: Clean Room Operator** **Job Description

     

    As a Clean Room Operator, you will be responsible for extracting parts from an injection mold machine and conducting secondary operations with precise instructions. You will also label and package parts as they are molded, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. The role requires a keen eye for detail and adherence to work instructions.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull parts off of an injection mold machine.

    + Perform secondary operations following specific instructions.

    + Label and package molded parts accurately.

    + Read, understand, and follow work instructions precisely.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in operation, assembly, and machine operation.

    + Knowledge of clean room and medical assembly processes.

    + Ability to work as an injection mold operator.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 0-6 months of manufacturing experience.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt.

    + Punctuality and reliability are crucial.

    Work Environment

    Work in a clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled environment. The facility is welcoming, and team members are friendly and supportive. Adhere to clean room standards, including gowning up, with no jewelry or makeup allowed. Shifts are 12 hours long, following a 2/2/3 schedule with every other weekend off. Options include day and night shifts with differential pay.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BALDWIN, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
