    Responsibilities

    + Perform general site cleanup and maintenance.

    + Dig trenches, move hoses, and assist with equipment spotting.

    + Compact soil and perform shovel work as needed.

    + Move drill piping and clean equipment efficiently.

    + Assist with rebar installation and mount wood lagging boards.

    + Operate forklifts and skid steers

    + Regularly lift and move objects weighing 75+ lbs.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in general construction, agriculture, dirt work, welding, concrete, or landscaping.

    + Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

    + Capability to lift and move 75 lbs consistently.

    + Flexibility to travel and work occasional night shifts (approx. 10%).

    + Experience operating forklifts and skid steers.

    Work Environment

    + Travel approximately 50% of the time across the Rocky Mountain region, Kansas, North Dakota, Texas, and occasionally Louisiana.

    + Typically return home once a month.

    + Work weeks: 5–6 days, 10-hour shifts (avg. 50 hours/week).

    + Daily safety orientation; tasks assigned by supervisor.

    + Dress code suitable for construction environments.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
