    Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker

    Job Description

    This role is critical in supporting increased orders in the warehouse.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform general warehouse duties including picking orders, receiving/stowing products, and loading/unloading trailers.

    + Accurately fulfill orders and prevent damage.

    + Box items, build pallets, and stow packaged/unpackaged items in designated areas.

    + Use a touchscreen scanner for picking and packing tasks.

    + Ensure shipments are loaded onto the correct trucks within assigned deadlines.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    Essential Skills

    + Strong ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.

    + Commitment to safety, food safety, and adherence to production quality standards.

    + Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions in English.

    + Previous experience with order picking/pulling and scanner systems preferred.

    + Proficiency in accurate data entry.

    + Flexible scheduling, including availability for overtime and weekends.

    + Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability to changing priorities.

    + Self-motivated and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with an electric rider pallet jack is a plus.

    + Safety-focused mindset at all times.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based at a warehouse facility where you will support all fulfillment operations, and orders. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring active engagement and productivity throughout the shift. Flexibility is essential, as overtime may be required to meet business demands. The position involves continuous standing and walking in a warehouse setting for 8+ hours, frequent lifting, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more occasionally.

    This is a Contract position based out of Tracy, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
