About the Role

Join a team that takes pride in building premium lawn‑care equipment used on golf courses across the country. As an Assembler, you’ll work hands‑on with mechanical components, using a variety of tools and blueprints to bring each product to life. Whether you’re working independently on sub‑assemblies or teaming up for full builds, you’ll play a key role in creating equipment known for its durability and performance.

What You’ll Do

+ Assemble high‑quality lawn‑care equipment such as aerators and blowers

+ Work with hand and power tools including drills, torque wrenches, and pneumatic tools

+ Read and follow blueprints and schematics

+ Build products independently or with a partner, depending on the project

+ Maintain accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail

+ Meet production goals that vary by product type

What You Bring

+ At least 6 months of experience using hand and power tools

+ 1+ year of mechanical assembly or similar hands‑on experience

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints

+ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

+ A positive attitude—bonus points if you enjoy working on cars or have auto‑tech experience

You’ll work in a clean, climate‑controlled shop that strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and productive. There’s plenty of space to move comfortably, and you’ll have the tools and support you need to do your best work. Some days you’ll build solo, other days you’ll collaborate—either way, you’ll be part of a team that values quality and craftsmanship.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BLAINE, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
