Job Title: Electrician 4** **Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrician 4 for a contract-to-hire position. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm. The position offers free onsite parking, and the interview process consists of a virtual first round followed by an in-person second round.
Responsibilities
+ Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools.
+ Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring parts and supplies are in order.
+ Perform semi-skilled and unskilled duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical systems and equipment.
+ Disassemble defective electrical equipment, replace defective or worn parts, and reassemble equipment using hand tools.
+ Examine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation, tightening connections as needed using hand tools.
Essential Skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
+ Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Technical degree or certification preferred.
+ 8-10 years of relevant experience required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
