Job Description

+ We are seeking dedicated and self-driven individuals to fill the role of a General Laborer in a concrete manufacturing environment.

+ This is a 100% housekeeping position where you will need to be certified on a forklift.

+ The role demands individuals who take pride in their work and can operate with minimal supervision.

+ You will be responsible for cleaning debris, organizing materials, and maintaining a neat work area.

Responsibilities

+ Learn and apply all skills listed on the Production Worker Skill Sheet.

+ Gather and organize components as directed by the Lead person.

+ Prepare forms for daily pours, including cleaning, caulking, and oiling.

+ Fabricate steel bars into cages for precast pieces as needed.

+ Accurately place components into forms before stressing cable.

+ Inspect chuck assemblies for defects and cleanliness, replacing as needed.

+ Use a tape measure for accurate measurements and alignments.

Essential Skills

+ General labor or construction experience.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

+ Comfortable working outdoors.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Experience with concrete, packing, and forklift operations.

1st shift: (6am- 3:30pm) or (7am- 4:30pm)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richburg, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
