Job Title: Welder
Job Description
As a Welder, you will primarily focus on 80% MIG and 20% TIG welding on mild and stainless steel. Additionally, you will engage in fabrication tasks such as assembly, measuring, cutting, and bending. This role is set in a job shop environment rather than a production line.
Responsibilities
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild and stainless steel.
+ Execute fabrication tasks including assembly, measuring, cutting, and bending.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
+ 1 year of TIG welding experience.
+ 1 year of MIG welding experience.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Experience with mild and stainless steel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Fabrication experience.
+ Understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
All OT is voluntary

Family owned and the owner is very approachable and on the shop floor at times
3-5% annual raises
Very laid back and relaxed work environment
Clean and organized facility and shop
10% 2nd shift premium
Tuition reimbursement
90 day review anywhere from nothing to a $1 - completely depending on their performance and attendance
