Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is a skilled role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment within a fast‑paced distribution or manufacturing environment. This technician supports facility operations by ensuring conveyor systems, robotic equipment, and powered industrial vehicles remain safe, reliable, and fully operational.

**Pay Range:** $33–$39 per hour

Shifts Available:

+ Sunday–Thursday, 1st & 3rd

+ Monday–Friday, 1st & 3rd

Key Responsibilities

+ Enter, track, and complete maintenance work orders using a CMMS system.

+ Perform mechanical repairs including replacing rollers, bearings, belts, and other components on conveyor systems.

+ Maintain and troubleshoot automated robotic systems to ensure consistent performance and uptime.

+ Service and repair power industrial equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and related machinery.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

+ Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues, recommending corrective actions.

+ Support operational teams by responding to equipment breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.

+ Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company maintenance standards.

Required Qualifications

+ 4–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or distribution facility.

+ 4–5 years of hands‑on experience working with conveyor systems.

+ Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform component replacements.

+ Basic electrical knowledge, including the ability to work safely around energized equipment.

+ Experience maintaining or repairing robotic systems and powered industrial equipment is strongly preferred.

+ Ability to work independently on a night shift with minimal supervision.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
