Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery in a bustling shop environment filled with advanced metal machining and assembly lines, including numerous CNC centers and Fanuc robotics.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on machinery and equipment.
+ Respond to down machine calls and efficiently resolve issues.
+ Handle various projects related to machine maintenance and repair.
+ Supervise, schedule, and train maintenance staff.
+ Mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing machine repair.
+ Experience in CNC repair OR Fanuc robotics.
+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with supervision, scheduling, and training.
+ Strong mentorship abilities to guide and develop team members.
Work Environment
The work environment is highly organized and efficient, with a focus on precision and quality. Our shop is equipped with Haas milling centers and numerous Fanuc robotics that facilitate part movement and quality checks. Technicians are expected to work 10-hour shifts and be available for consistent Saturday work. The available shifts are from 12 am to 8 am and 4 pm to 12 am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
