Job Title: Service Manager
Job Description
The Service Manager will deliver successful results with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to listen and provide guidance regarding customer concerns. This role involves overseeing and working with a team of over 20 world-traveling field service technicians, a field service coordinator, in-house technical service group, and training personnel.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure the service team consistently provides the most competitive level of customer service while achieving a high standard of quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
+ Attract and select top talent to build high-performing service teams.
+ Engage, motivate, and manage the service team to achieve key goals, meet deadlines, and exceed customer expectations on a daily basis.
+ Monitor effectiveness and efficiency of service processes, protocols, and performances.
+ Develop strategic methods to meet departmental goals for overall sales, profitability, and management expenses.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of Service Manager experience, preferably from an OEM machine manufacturer.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
+ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and Salesforce.
+ Strong understanding of operations, including continuous improvement, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in planning and scheduling.
+ Customer service experience
+ Training and development skills to hire, develop, and train new service technicians.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
