    Job Description: General Operator & Forklift Operator

    • **Location:** Woodhull, IL

    • **Pay:** $19–$22/hour + Shift Differential

    • **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) | Sunday–Thursday or Saturday–Friday

     

    About the Role

     

    Join our team as a **Forklift Driver** and play a key role in supporting warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for safely operating forklifts, handling materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and seasonal overtime.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate forklifts safely and efficiently; perform regular inspections and maintenance.

    + Load/unload transport vehicles during seed delivery and return season.

    + Track inventory using Warehouse Management System (WMS).

    + Assist with manual tasks (sampling, inventory, cleaning).

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Experience:** 1+ year forklift operation & warehouse experience (certification preferred).

    + **Skills:** Attention to detail, multitasking, inventory handling, computer literacy.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible schedules.

    This is a Contract position based out of Woodhull, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
