Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. This role offers an opportunity for growth and development within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

+ Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems.

+ Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs or routine inspections to ensure optimal performance.

+ Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions for various environments.

+ Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to refrigeration and boiling systems.

+ Drive company vehicles to job sites as needed, ensuring safe transport of tools and equipment.

+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.

+ Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of service or installation experience in HVAC.

+ EPA Type II Certification.

+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

+ Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Managerial mindset with the ability to develop a service department.

+ Familiarity with installation techniques for air conditioning and heating units.

+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

+ Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment

Work in both residential and commercial HVAC settings. The position requires a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Company vehicles will be provided for travel to job sites.

This is a Permanent position based out of Shortsville, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
