    Job Title: Maintenance Technician II** **Job Description

     

    The Maintenance Technician II will play a crucial role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing industrial systems throughout the facility. This position involves performing basic maintenance tasks, completing project work, and ensuring safe working conditions in accordance with prescribed safety practices, both independently and within a team environment. Responsibilities include updating and completing preventative maintenance tasks on various equipment and within the ERP system.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain and repair industrial systems throughout the facility.

    + Perform basic maintenance tasks and complete project work.

    + Diagnose equipment issues and provide solutions.

    + Update and complete preventative maintenance tasks on various equipment.

    + Ensure safe working conditions and follow prescribed safety practices.

    + Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience as a maintenance technician.

    + Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.

    + Ability to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects.

    + Capability to sit, talk, hear, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.

    + Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    + Specific vision abilities including close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

    + Capability to crawl into tight areas within machine tools.

    + Ability to climb 23 inches and 20 ladder rungs.

    Work Environment

    Work in a dirty shop environment, primarily involving plastics. The role requires physical activity, including climbing, crawling, and lifting, in conditions that may involve exposure to noise and industrial materials.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $80000.00/yr.
