    •** **What You’ll Do

    + Direct traffic safely around active construction & utility sites

    + Set up and remove cones, signs, and barricades

    + Keep crews and the public safe by maintaining smooth traffic flow

    + Communicate clearly with team members and drivers

    + Support daily safety operations in outdoor environments

    •** **Pay & Benefits

     

    Starting Pay: $16.50/hour

     

    + **Automatic raises:** +$0.50 every 6 months — guaranteed

    + **Overtime:** Paid daily for anything over 8 hours

    + **$500 Sign-On Bonus:**

    + $250 after 3 months

    + $250 after 6 months

     

    Opportunity to apply for a higher position after 6-9 months on the job.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $34320.00 - $34320.00/yr.
