    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting various equipment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety and collaboration are prioritized.

    Responsibilities

    + Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

    + Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.

    + Use appropriate tooling to troubleshoot simple AC/DC circuits and perform basic troubleshooting of material handling equipment (MHE) and repairs to miscellaneous operational equipment as needed.

    + Maintain positive working relationships across all facility operations.

    + Track and store department inventory.

    + Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.

    Essential Skills

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + 1 year of experience in basic preventive/predictive maintenance troubleshooting skills and repair methods of industrial machines.

    + 1 year of experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical basic components.

    + 1 year of experience with compressors and pneumatics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1 year of experience using power tools including saws and drills with proper safety precautions.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office suite and operating systems.

    + Experience with basic metal and wood fabrication including saws and drills.

    + Basic understanding of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

    This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.09 - $22.09/hr.
