    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled MIG/Stick Welder who can read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to perform MIG and Stick welding on steel components. Candidates will be required to pass a basic MIG weld test and demonstrate their ability to set up the welding machine after it is zeroed out. You will be working with steel ranging from 20 gauge to 5/8 inch.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform MIG and Stick welding on steel components.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately.

    + Set up and operate welding machines, ensuring they are zeroed out before use.

    + Complete a basic MIG flat welding test successfully.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding techniques.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

    + Capability to read a tape measure accurately.

    + Entry-level candidates with relevant schooling are welcome.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation.

    + Familiarity with welding machine setup and operation.

Our modern facilities, including those in Chandler, Arizona, are equipped to design and manufacture a wide range of products and equipment. We are proud to manufacture in the USA with many locations nationwide. The work environment includes handling hot-applied crack sealants, silicone joint sealants, hot-applied mastics, and cold-mix for pavement surface patching and repair.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
