    Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our team. The role involves working in a rotating shift schedule in a cleanroom environment, ensuring the integrity of production processes and product quality.

    Responsibilities

    + Visually inspect IV bags for weight, functional, cosmetic, and seal integrity defects.

    + Load units into pasteurization carts methodically.

    + Support local manufacturing operations efficiently.

    + Supply components and small parts to cell culture and purification areas.

    + Operate general production equipment such as parts washers and autoclaves.

    + Complete paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines accurately.

    + Clean portable equipment and small parts manually.

    + Participate actively in Continuous Improvement Teams.

    + Receive and distribute supplies within the production area as needed.

    + Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain GMP standards.

    + May perform additional duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + At least 1 year of experience in production or warehouse settings

    + Ability to pass a vision and color vision test, with 20/20 vision required

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Understanding of cGMP regulations

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Comfortable working in a GMP environment with strict dress code requirements

    + Ability to train on 1st shift and then report to the assigned site

    + Commitment to working weekends on a rotating schedule

    + Ability to pass THC drug testing

    + Provide a copy of High School Diploma or GED

    Work Environment

    The role involves working in a cleanroom environment that requires wearing cleanroom gowns, hair nets, beard guards (if applicable), gloves, and closed-toe shoes. The work setting is extremely clean and quiet, with strict regulations on attire, including no jewelry, false fingernails, nail polish, or makeup. Employees will work in a temperature-controlled environment and must adhere to all GMP standards.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Round Lake, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.68/hr.
