    Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to work in a manufacturing facility equipped with heavily automated machinery. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded skillset and experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance. The focus will be on PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, motor controls, and electrical troubleshooting. Experience with welding (MIG or TIG), PLC programming, Maintenance Management Systems (MMS), and Allen Bradley PLC programming is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform PLC troubleshooting and repairs.

    + Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs.

    + Handle motor controls troubleshooting and repairs, including VFDs and Servo motors.

    + Carry out electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and rewiring, particularly with 480v 3-phase systems.

    + Participate in preventive maintenance activities.

    + Collaborate with the maintenance team and management to ensure efficient operations.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.

    + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, including troubleshooting and repair.

    + Industrial electrical experience with 480v 3-phase systems.

    + Knowledge of motor controls, including VFDs and Servo motors.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with MIG or TIG welding.

    + Machining skills.

    + PLC programming experience, specifically with Allen Bradley systems.

    + Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems (MMS).

    The work takes place in a manufacturing environment with mostly updated machinery and heavy automation. The facility is partially climate-controlled to ensure comfort, never becoming unbearably hot or cold.     This is a Permanent position based out of New Oxford, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60964.80 - $79960.00/yr.

    The program is administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield (Gold, Silver and Bronze PPO Plans)

    HSA - employee contributions are optional, PCA will contribute $700 in seed money, pro-rated for late entrants.

    Dental Options:
