Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The role involves overseeing the setup and format changes of machines, with a focus on HMI and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

+ Adjust regulators and valves to maintain optimal machine functionality.

+ Replace pneumatic components such as cylinders, fittings, and solenoid valves.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance, ensuring all equipment is operating smoothly.

+ Adjust belts, bearings, and ensure proper lubrication of machines.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to guide maintenance activities.

+ Implement LOTO (Lock-out Tag-out) procedures to ensure safety during maintenance.

Essential Skills

+ Strong mechanical skills with a focus on pneumatics.

+ Experience in adjusting pneumatic components and regulators.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

+ Solid understanding of LOTO (Lock-out Tag-out) safety procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in the maintenance and setup of HMI systems.

+ Familiarity with solenoid valves and pneumatic systems.
