Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description

The Material Handler will securely package materials, items, and parts to be delivered to dealers and/or end users, as well as various items accompanying a radiator. This role involves utilizing various schedules and directions from the Final Assembly/Shipping Lead. The Material Handler will retrieve items and parts on the plant grounds using industrial lift trucks and other material handling equipment. Assignments are received under general supervision, with most problems resolved independently.

Responsibilities

+ Securely package materials, items, and parts for delivery.

+ Utilize various schedules and follow directions from the Final Assembly/Shipping Lead.

+ Retrieve items and parts on the plant grounds using industrial lift trucks and other material handling equipment.

+ Work under general supervision and resolve most problems independently.

Essential Skills

+ 2 years of stand-up forklift reach truck experience.

+ 2 years of experience with RF Scan gun.

+ Ability to read and use a tape measure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 6 months of blueprint reading experience.

+ 6 months of experience with calipers and gauges.

Work Environment

The position is for the 2nd shift, from 1:30pm to 12am, Monday through Thursday. The facility is clean and organized, though not temperature controlled, and can get very hot in the summer. The dress code includes jeans, a T-shirt, and steel toe shoes, with safety glasses provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
