    • About the Role

     

    As a **Material Handler** , you’ll play a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly. Your primary responsibility will be moving structural steel on and off flatbed trailers using a forklift. You’ll work closely with welders and fabricators to ensure they have the materials they need—spending about **75% of your time outdoors** handling products.

     

    • What You’ll Do

    + Safely operate forklifts to move structural steel on and off flatbed trailers

    + Supply materials to welders and fabricators to support production

    + Load and unload trucks with accuracy and care

    + Perform picking, packing, and order‑picking tasks

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

    • What You Bring

    + Proven forklift driving experience

    + Strong material‑handling skills

    + Familiarity with structural steel

    + Experience loading/unloading trucks

    + Basic knowledge of inventory management

    This is a **1st‑shift position** in a structural steel and production welding shop.

    Hours:

    + **Mon–Thu:** 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

    + **Fri:** 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
