Join our team as a **CNC Machine Operator** and play a key role in producing high-quality precision parts. You’ll operate **Haas and OKUMA CNC machinery** , ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout long production runs. This position values **quality over quantity** , making attention to detail and craftsmanship essential.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate Haas and OKUMA CNC machines to complete production runs.

    + Read and interpret blueprints for precise machine operation.

    + Change tooling as needed to maintain efficiency.

    + Perform quality inspections using micrometers and calipers.

    + Maintain a strong focus on quality standards.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Proficiency in CNC machine operation.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Experience with micrometers and calipers.

    + Basic CNC programming and troubleshooting knowledge.

    + **Less than 3 years of CNC Mill experience** preferred.

    Bonus Skills:

    + Experience with Haas Mills.

    + Familiarity with Mastercam software.

    + Quality inspection and milling.

    Your Work Environment

    + Clean, organized machine shop with **24 CNC machines** , primarily Haas equipment.

    + Collaborative team across machining, fabrication, packing, assembly, and welding departments.

    + **1st Shift:** Monday–Friday 5:00am-3:30pm (10-hour days)

    + **2nd Shift:** Monday–Friday 3:00pm-2:30am (10-hour days)

    + Some Saturday overtime may be expected according to business needs.

    + This role is compensated at hourly rates of $20-25/hour.
