    Production Supervisor - ~$65k

    + The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, unionized manufacturing environment

    + This role involves ensuring team safety, building and training teams, allocating manpower, driving continuous improvement solutions, and maintaining team morale

    + The objective is to improve product quality, and achieve cost targets

    Job Responsibilities

    + Coordinate all activities to achieve business metrics and implement SPW processes.

    + Ensure the production plan is met and analyze issues with team members.

    + Lead and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

    + Use the C-Matrix to coordinate SPW activities and improve zone performances.

    + Proactively analyze quality KPIs, prioritize quality issues, and guide team leaders.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production supervision and management.

    + Knowledge of assembly and safety protocols.

    + Continuous improvement and production management skills.

    + **Must be open to all shifts**

    + **Must be open to OT, they can work every day of the week up to 20+ hours of OT**

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.

    + Valid driver's license.

    + Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.

    + Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees.

    + Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and build effective business relationships.

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.

    + 2 or more years' experience in supervision in a high-volume environment preferred.

    + Experience in continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing preferred.

    This is a Contract position based out of Toledo, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.49 - $30.49/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
