    Open Positions

    We are actively hiring for the following roles:

    + Mechanical Assemblers – 1st Shift and 2nd shift

    + Metal Finishers – 2nd Shift

    + Material Handler - 1st, 2nd and 3rd

    + Painter Loader/Unloader – 1st & 2nd

    + Machine Operators

    + MIG Welders – 2nd Shift

    Essential Skills & Experience

    + 6+ months of recent work experience (assembly or manufacturing preferred)

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand, air, and power tools

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

    + Capable of bending, twisting, and physical movement throughout the shift

    + Ability to read tape measures, instructions, and drawings

    + Good communication, reliability, and work history

    + Strong memorization skills

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
