Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Job Description
The Plastic Manufacturing Associate will operate in a production environment, producing and packaging small parts. The role requires adherence to safety regulations and quality standards to ensure that the final products meet the specified criteria. This position involves inspecting, packaging, and labeling components, with a focus on safety and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
+ Inspect and package plastic parts, ensuring correct placement of labels and boxes.
+ Identify and report quality issues to the quality team.
+ Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
+ Pack product onto the line, print labels, and ensure correct labeling of packaged sleeves.
+ Coordinate with team members to ensure continuous production without interruption.
Essential Skills
+ Basic math and computer skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to adhere to policies and procedures.
+ Team-oriented with a focus on quality consciousness.
+ GED or high school diploma required.
+ Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
+ Steel-toed shoes are mandatory.

Work Environment
This position operates in a bright, clean, and organized manufacturing facility with a low hum from the machines. The work shifts are Monday to Friday, with three different shifts available: 1st (6:30am-3pm), 2nd (2:30pm-11pm), and 3rd (10:30pm-7am). Breaks consist of two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, coordinated among team members to ensure continuous production.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
