Are you ready to take the lead on projects that shape the technology of tomorrow? As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing and delivering electrical systems for semiconductor facilities, research labs, and other state-of-the-art manufacturing environments. Your expertise will help enable the heart of our clients’ operations.

What You’ll Do

* Lead and Mentor: Oversee designer work, provide technical leadership, and perform quality reviews of design packages.

* Drive Complex Design: Tackle challenging portions of the design process, including facility power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage communications.

* Collaborate and Influence: Work directly with clients, owners, and contractors to support construction and ensure successful project delivery.

* Own the Details: Prepare technical specifications and construction documents, ensuring alignment between drawings and specifications.

* Be the Expert: Serve as Electrical discipline lead or Quality Control reviewer in project meetings and contribute to proposals with innovative solutions.

* Bachelor's or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering

* At least 12 years of engineering design experience of building electrical systems

* Electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center, or mission critical facilities

* Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards

* Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as Switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.

* Experience with power system software, preferably ETAP

* Effective verbal and written communication skills

* Team lead experience

Ideally, you’ll also have:

* Professional Engineer (PE) license

* Senior technical leadership experience

* Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software

* Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
