    Join a dynamic electrical contractor in Maryland as a BIM Coordinator, where you will utilize your expertise in BIM, Revit, and Navisworks to conduct clash detections and collaborate with various departments. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects including commercial, educational, healthcare, government, and mixed-use developments.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform clash detection using BIM, Revit, and Navisworks.

    + Coordinate with internal and external departments to resolve detected clashes.

    + Conduct occasional site visits to ensure project alignment.

    + Primarily work in an office setting to manage BIM coordination tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + 4-10 years of experience in BIM Coordination.

    + Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

    + High school diploma or higher with a focus on electrical disciplines.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in working with commercial, educational, healthcare, government, and mixed-use projects.

    Work Environment

    The position is based in an office with 35 employees, working Monday through Thursday with extended hours and a half-day on Fridays. There is flexibility for personal needs such as drop-offs and house issues. The company offers a supportive environment with team events like golf tournaments, sports games, and summer BBQs.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Airy, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $48.08/hr.
