Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to manage new service applications and oversee various projects. The role involves meeting customers, inspecting equipment, and ensuring project completion with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Meet with customers in person as required to discuss project details.
+ Visually inspect existing electric distribution equipment such as transformers, poles, and wires.
+ Take measurements, create sketches, and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
+ Prepare customer agreements based on collected information for each project.
+ Ensure customers obtain requisite permits and follow through with project requirements.
+ Schedule energizations after the electricians' work is complete and project requirements are fulfilled.
+ Provide support to the Chicago South area as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in construction and project coordination.
+ Knowledge of overhead, underground, and vault electrical systems.
+ Proficiency in customer service and field surveying.
+ Ability to sketch elevations and site layouts based on visual inspections.
+ Highly organized with the ability to use MS Office effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.50/hr.
