    Join Our Team as a Lead Electrical Technician

    Are you an experienced electrical technician with a passion for automation and problem-solving? We’re looking for a Lead Electrical Technician to take charge of troubleshooting, PLC maintenance, and control system development in a dynamic consumer goods manufacturing environment. This is your opportunity to lead critical projects, minimize downtime, and drive innovation in electrical systems.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead troubleshooting for electrical and PLC-related issues across production lines and facility equipment.

    + Modify existing PLC programs and help develop new ones for upgrades and automation projects.

    + Design and implement advanced control systems using sensors, motion control, and feedback loops.

    + Ensure compliance with NEC, NEMA, NFPA, and OSHA standards.

    + Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics for accurate implementation.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safe and efficient operations.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Degree in Electrical Technology or Control Systems OR 5+ years of relevant experience.

    + 4–6 years of electrical controls technician experience in manufacturing.

    + Strong PLC programming skills (RS500, RS5000, Studio5000, View Studio).

    + Experience with servo motors, motion control systems, and 3-phase electrical power.

    + Ability to interpret and apply NEC, NFPA, and OSHA codes.

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    Preferred Skills

    + Ability to work independently and mentor others.

    + Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

    + Experience reading and interpreting complex schematics and prints.

    Work Environment

    + Manufacturing Floor: 80% | Office: 20%

    + Night shift schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off

    + No travel required.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $46.00/hr.
