Electrical Test Engineer
Syracuse, NY
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to ensure delivery of high-quality, functional RF Communications and Radar products. In this role, you will:
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production and test processes, including guidance to a represented workforce in both proactive and reactive situations.
+ Develop and update test procedures based on requirements, and resolve technical issues with Special Test Equipment (STE) and Unit Under Test (UUT).
+ Generate test-ready documentation for use on the production floor.
+ Drive continuous improvement in test methods and product quality.
+ Investigate issues to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
+ Train test technicians and apply systematic problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
Desired Skills
+ Electrical test and measurement experience
+ Strong troubleshooting skills for analog, digital, and RF electronics
+ Knowledge of radar and sonar systems
+ Technical writing for procedures and documentation
+ Understanding of Configuration Management (CM) practices
+ Networking fundamentals
+ Fiber optics experience
+ Component-level troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or equivalent military/commercial experience)
+ Minimum 2 years of experience with RF Communications, Radar, or Sonar systems
+ U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
