    The Software Test Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for software validation. This position involves creating end-to-end test plans and executing automated test cases to ensure that software meets functional and performance criteria.

    Responsibilities

    + Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for software validation.

    + Create comprehensive end-to-end test plans.

    + Execute automated test cases to ensure software meets functional and performance requirements.

    + Support the development of safety-critical software systems.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Python.

    + Ability to develop automated test scripts from scratch.

    + 8+ years of software verification experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.

    + Experience with JIRA and avionic software testing.

    Work Environment

    The role involves being part of a software test team with a strong focus on safety-critical development. The team is directly involved in supporting the development of the Delta space plane as it approaches launch dates in late 2026.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Tustin, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
