    What You’ll Do

    + Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    + Manage scope, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    + Coordinate resources across internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

    + Collaborate with engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams for seamless execution.

    + Identify and mitigate risks before they impact timelines or budgets.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and problem resolution.

    + Review and approve change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.

    + Drive cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and contract management.

    + Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

    + Resolve high-level challenges and maintain client satisfaction.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Proven expertise in mechanical systems and project management.

    + Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Primavera, or similar project management tools.

    + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Rensselaer, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
