    Job Title: Manufacturing Process TechnicianJob Description

     

    We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to support our manufacturing processes. This role requires strict adherence to cGMPs, established manufacturing practices, and compliance with quality regulations and guidelines.

    Responsibilities

    + Participate in product manufacturing and support activities.

    + Complete routine documentation associated with product manufacturing.

    + Assist in in-process activities and product development as instructed by a supervisor.

    + Incorporate pre-planned process improvements and cost reduction programs into manufacturing.

    + Perform area equipment and process validations in accordance with validation procedures.

    + Conduct in-process product testing following standard procedures.

    + Support manufacturing activities in other departments as directed by a supervisor.

    + Perform all job duties in a compliant and ethical manner, adhering to all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes.

    + Incorporate company values and principles in all activities and interactions.

    Essential Skills

    + High School diploma or Associate Degree with a minimum of five years of relevant manufacturing experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a science discipline with one to three years of experience.

    + Knowledge of cGMP operations.

    + Ability to understand and execute established written instructions.

    + Basic math skills and knowledge of the metric system.

    + Computer skills, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

    + Experience with a computerized inventory system such as SAP.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a GMP warehouse or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

    + Good written and verbal communication skills.

    + Training or experience in understanding the risks associated with processing, handling, and storing hazardous materials.

    + Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.

    + Good organizational skills and the ability to execute a work plan.

    + Adaptability to changes in the schedule.

    Work Environment

    This position requires working the night shift on site. The role involves physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, reaching, standing, and walking. The ability to push, lift, grasp, and handle objects is necessary. Effective communication skills for verbal and written interactions are essential. The work environment includes exposure to noise, moving parts, equipment, chemicals, odors, fumes, and dust. Visual acuity is required for reading, writing, analyzing, and ensuring the accuracy and neatness of work.

    This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.16 - $21.16/hr.
