    Job Title: Construction Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee a major capital program for interior renovations. This role requires a strong technical foundation, proven leadership in project management, and deep knowledge of federal regulations. The position will be full-time.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage the pre-construction team for parts of the program.

    + Review all documents and change orders.

    + Coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and government representatives.

    + Manage and review financial documents to ensure the project stays within budget.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

    + Experience managing projects over $25 Million.

    + PMP or any Project Manager Certification.

    + Experience working on GSA projects or three-letter agency renovations.

    + Experience in large phased renovation projects.

    + Knowledge of all building components, change orders, estimation, RFI, and Procore.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Top Secret Clearance Required.

    + Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, Professional Engineering (PE) license, or equivalent.

    Work Environment

    100% on-site; this office handles a multitude of projects, from healthcare to government, tenant fit-outs, and commercial offices. This is a great opportunity to support a team that works on exciting projects across various types. The program is a 5-year commitment.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, VA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $115.00/hr.
