    Job Title: Architectural DrafterJob Description

     

    The Project Designer is responsible for creating and producing technical drawings to support all aspects of Architecture and Interior Design projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Create and produce technical drawings for architecture and interior design projects.

    + Support various aspects of architectural projects including sustainable design and feasibility studies.

    + Conduct site visits once a month initially, with the potential to increase frequency to weekly visits.

    Essential Skills

    + Architectural Degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, or 2-year technical certification)

    + Proficiency in Revit

    + 1-3 years of experience in drafting, design, and construction administration

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of AutoCAD

    + Experience in sustainable design and feasibility studies

    Work Environment

    The work environment is a modern, family-oriented atmosphere within a small company of 16 employees, including 4 other drafters. The office operates in a commercial business setting, focusing on retail and healthcare projects. Work is all in-person, with no work-from-home options.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
