    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Test Technicians in the Lancaster area to test electronic boards and assemblies for functionality, ensuring products meet client specifications. Positions are available for multiple shifts, catering to various experience levels.

    Responsibilities

    + Test electronic boards and assemblies to verify functionality.

    + Ensure products meet client specifications through rigorous testing.

    + Work independently, especially during off-shift hours.

    + Participate in training on the first shift to acquire necessary skills.

    Essential Skills

    + Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent Military Electronics Experience.

    + Strong experience in electronics.

    + Ability to work independently on off shifts.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in a clean facility environment.

    + Experience with military programs is advantageous.

    + Willingness to undergo cross-training on multiple systems.

    Work Environment

    The role is based in a clean facility with opportunities for cross-training on various systems. The work schedule follows a 9/80 format. Available shifts include 2nd Shift (Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM; Friday: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM with every other Friday off) and 3rd Shift (Sunday through Wednesday: 10:30 PM - 8:00 AM and every other Thursday: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM).

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lititz, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
