Role Overview
+ Lead the development and execution of HAEA corporate strategy and business plans.
+ Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and internal capability assessments to inform strategic decisions.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, finance and technology teams to align planning efforts.
+ Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and innovation initiatives.
+ Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking related to strategic initiatives.
+ Support executive leadership with data-driven insights, scenario planning, and risk assessments.
+ Manage and mentor a team of corporate planning professionals to build organizational capabilities.
+ Represent HAEA in external discussions with stakeholders, partners, and industry forums as required.

Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
+ Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in corporate planning, strategy development, business development, or management consulting.
+ 5+ Years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
+ Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives in complex organizational environments.
+ Proficiency with data analysis, financial modeling, and corporate performance tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence software.
+ Understanding of selling through partners or Managed Service Provider (MSP) business models.
Preferred Qualifications
+ MBA or Master’s in related discipline.
+ Experience working in a multinational or multicultural corporate environment.
+ Familiarity with automotive industry trends, digital transformation, and IT solutions.
+ Experience with scenario planning, risk management, and change management.
+ Korean language proficiency preferred

Base Salary Range $181,240 - $259,160
